軸承(cheng)開(kai)放(fang)式煉(lian)膠機工(gong)作故(gu)障(zhang)分(fen)析(xi)及(ji)排除(chu)方(fang)法(fa)如下:
1、輥(gun)筒(tong)軸承部位過熱(re),溫(wen)度(du)超(chao)100℃
① 輥(gun)筒工(gong)作面(mian)溫(wen)度(du)偏(pian)低,加(jia)料量(liang)過大,造成(cheng)輥筒(tong)軸承負載(zai)過大,使潤(run)滑油膜(mo)層(ceng)破壞(huai),結(jie)果使軸(zhou)襯載(zai)壓(ya)面(mian)得(de)不(bu)到(dao)充分(fen)潤(run)滑軸承溫(wen)度(du)因(yin)摩(mo)擦(ca)熱(re)過髙(髙)而升(sheng)溫(wen)。應停(ting)止加料(liao),把(ba)輥(gun)筒工(gong)作面(mian)溫(wen)度(du)加(jia)熱(re)升高(gao)到(dao)工(gong)藝要(yao)求溫(wen)度(du),然(ran)後(hou)再減(jian)少(shao)加料(liao)量(liang)。
② 潤(run)滑油輸入軸(zhou)承(cheng)壓力(li)低或輸入潤(run)滑油量(liang)偏(pian)少(shao),也可(ke)能是(shi)輸油管路堵(du)塞,應停車(che)檢查(zha)潤(run)滑油供應(ying)系(xi)統(tong)。
③ 軸承(cheng)體冷卻循環水(shui)流通不暢(chang)或冷卻水(shui)流量(liang)小(xiao),應(ying)加大冷卻(que)水(shui)流量(liang)或檢査疏(shu)通管路。
④ 輥(gun)筒(tong)軸頸或軸襯嚴(yan)重(zhong)磨損,滑(hua)動(dong)面(mian)粗糙,應停車(che)檢修(xiu)、磨光兩(liang)零件(jian)滑(hua)動接觸(chu)面(mian)或換軸襯。
2、輥(gun)筒(tong)工(gong)作面(mian)間(jian)距(ju)離不能調小(xiao)
① 輥(gun)筒工(gong)作面(mian)直(zhi)徑(jing)磨削(xue)過小(xiao),速(su)比齒(chi)輪(lun)嚙(nie)合(he)發生幹涉.應修(xiu)正(zheng)齒(chi)頂(ding)髙(髙)。
② 軸承(cheng)襯磨損嚴(yan)重(zhong),內孔(kong)直(zhi)徑(jing)過大,應換(huan)軸(zhou)承襯。
3、輥(gun)筒(tong)調距(ju)間(jian)隙(xi)尺(chi)寸不準(zhun)確
① 調距(ju)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)中的(de)安(an)全墊(dian)片(pian)磨損嚴(yan)重(zhong)或損壞(huai),檢查(zha)維(wei)修(xiu)或換安全墊(dian)片(pian)。
② 調距(ju)螺(luo)桿(gan)或螺(luo)母嚴重(zhong)磨損,應(ying)檢(jian)修更(geng)換(huan)磨損嚴(yan)重(zhong)件(jian)。
4、旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)工(gong)作輥(gun)筒(tong)突(tu)然停轉(zhuan)
① 兩(liang)輥(gun)筒(tong)工(gong)作面(mian)間(jian)距(ju)離過小(xiao),輥(gun)筒工(gong)作嚴(yan)重(zhong)超(chao)載,應適(shi)當調大輥距(ju)間(jian)隙(xi)
② 輥筒工(gong)作面(mian)溫(wen)度(du)過低(di),應(ying)清除(chu)輥(gun)面(mian)上原料(liao),給輥(gun)筒(tong)繼續加(jia)熱(re)升溫(wen),達(da)到工(gong)藝要(yao)求溫(wen)度(du)後(hou)再(zai)投料(liao)生(sheng)產(chan)。
③ 壹(yi)次加料(liao)量(liang)過大,應適(shi)當減(jian)少(shao)料量(liang)。
④ 輥筒(tong)軸承(cheng)部位潤(run)滑油不足,軸(zhou)頸(jing)與(yu)軸(zhou)承襯抱軸;壓停車(che), 卸下軸(zhou)承(cheng)體,檢修磨光軸(zhou)頸和軸(zhou)襯。
